The situation
Katrinna had a 5.0 rating from 44+ reviews and a Square site template that surfaced none of it. The hero was a forest stock photo with small white text. Above the fold was a postal address. Bookings happened in spite of the site, not because of it.
What we built
An editorial layout that reads like a magazine feature, not a service menu. Hero quote 'Your body already knows how to heal. I help it remember.' Star rating surfaced above the fold. Real navigation: About, Services, Testimonials, Visit, Book. Booking moved from the footer to a primary CTA in the nav and hero. Within the first week of launch, bookings started flowing from the site itself.
