Wix was costing the team every time they tried to update a program or push a course catalog. We migrated them off the CMS entirely — six program tracks, a registration pipeline, full catalog system — owned code, faster page loads, no template lock-in.

The situation
The Helix Adult Academy ran on Wix. Six program tracks, a course catalog, registration windows, and a team that had to fight the CMS every time they wanted to push an update. Wix template lock-in meant the team's time went into wrestling the editor instead of running the academy.
What we built
Owned code on Next.js + Vercel. Six program tracks with their own pages. A registration pipeline. A full catalog system. The team updates content directly in the repo with no template fighting. Page loads faster. The site is structured for AI Overviews instead of buried behind Wix's render pipeline.
