The situation
Adam had 25 years of proof. 15,000+ participants. Fortune 500 clients. 26+ glowing testimonials. And a Weebly site running jQuery 1.8 from 2012 that hadn't been touched since April 2023. The product was real. The packaging undermined it. Visitors saw a 'SOLD OUT!' banner with 2019 dates and assumed the business wasn't running anymore.
What we built
A 12-section marketing funnel built around a single insight: the product sells itself once someone shows up. Hero → Problem → How It Works → Benefits → Personas → Quiz → About → Testimonials → Pricing → FAQ → CTA. Plus 4 pain-point pages and a 15-section corporate sales engine. Every word written by us. Three brand names collapsed to one identity.
The numbers
Lighthouse Performance 60 → 83. Best Practices 56 → 100. SEO 83 → 100. FCP 4.6s → 0.9s (~5× faster). Three visitors in the first three months of the year. Then 36 meetup signups in the three days after launch.
