Improv Playground

Adam had 25 years of proof. What he lacked was a system to put it in front of the right people. We built that system.

The situation

Adam Rudder has spent 25 years perfecting what he does. He has trained Fortune 500 teams, transformed 15,000+ lives, and earned a 4.9-star reputation. None of that showed up online. His site was pulling 5 to 10 visitors a month on a good month.

He had been here before. A few years ago he spent real money on marketing and a website. Nothing came of it. He could have run at 5 visitors a month for another 5 years. Most people do. The strategy was missing. The site was a symptom. He was not looking for another agency pitch. He needed someone who would actually solve the problem, the whole problem.

What he needed was not a redesign. He needed his programs discoverable, his classes manageable, his billing automated, his emails running, and a campaign that would get people in the room. He needed everything working together. He came to us two months ago. If you sell classes, programs, or sessions, this is your story.

Most agencies build the site. We figure out who you're talking to first. That's the only reason the rest of this worked.

What we built

Not a website. A complete business operating system, built in three phases.

Phase 1

Strategy and market positioning

Before we wrote a word or built a page, we identified who Adam's actual buyer was, what message would land with them, and how to sell to them directly. Every deliverable below was built to execute that strategy. Most agencies skip this. That's why most websites don't work.

Phase 2

The system

Four interconnected pieces that turned Adam's expertise into a business that runs.

The site that sells
Built in 30 days from scratch. Every word written by us: hero, about, programs, pricing, booking. Sequenced so a stranger who finds Adam online understands exactly who he is and what to do next.
Program and class management
Dedicated pages for every program and class Adam runs. Enrollment-ready layouts with clear descriptions, formats, pricing, and registration paths. Built so Adam can add a new program without touching code.
Billing and payment handling
Integrated payment processing with package options, including the 6-month commitment tier that no one had ever bought before. The infrastructure to sell at every price point, not just the entry level.
Email automation
Enrollment confirmations, pre-class reminders, post-meetup follow-up sequences. The emails that turn a meetup attendee into a paying student without Adam writing a single word or remembering to send anything.
Phase 3

The campaign

Two pieces that put the system in front of the right people.

Meetup campaign and copy
Full campaign strategy and copy for all three meetups. Promotional content, event descriptions, follow-up messaging. The first meetup drew 40 people. None of it ran on paid ads.
Local presence in two markets
Google Business Profile setup and optimization for both North County and Central San Diego. Two distinct local presences so Adam's business shows up where his students are actually searching.

“I'd paid for a website before. It did nothing. This time, I had one full class and a second almost there, in 2 months.”

What Monday looks like now

Adam does not log in to a dashboard. He opens one brief. Every Monday morning it tells him everything he needs to know about his business and the one thing to do today.

Enrollment pipeline: Who came to last week's meetup. How many converted. Who is still warm and needs a follow-up.
Open seats by class: Which classes have room and which are filling. Enough time to act on it before the week is over.
Website and local signals: Traffic this week. Which program pages are getting visits. Google Business Profile activity from both markets.
Follow-up queue: Meetup attendees who have not enrolled yet, ranked by days since they showed up.
Next meetup health: RSVPs, days out, whether promotion has gone out. If the number is low, Adam still has time.

He is not logging in to anything. We send it.
