The situation
Heart & Soul Therapy was Laurie's practice for years. The site was a stained-glass spiral with 'IGNITE THE LIGHT WITHIN' in Papyrus, stray CSS leaking at the top of the page, and a brochure tone that didn't match what she actually does — grief, illness, divorce, caregiving, emerging adulthood, the questions in between.
What we built
An editorial-tone presence with serif display type and a real photograph of Laurie at Taughannock Falls. Therapy for life's deepest transitions. Service architecture for in-person Ithaca + telehealth across California, New York, Colorado, Pennsylvania. Free-consultation booking as the primary call to action. Every word rewritten to read like the practice itself.
